The huge difference between using our services oppose to a large caterer is we give you the attention that you deserve. Every event is as important to us is it is to you. We do not have set menus, we allow our customers to get exactly what they want. Also, instead of getting large deliveries from Sysco(like most catering companies) our chef Graham Zanow hand selects all of the ingredients from farmers markets and other high end local suppliers that offer the finest artisan products.
